Shipping• I cannot stress this enough, PLEASE input your correct shipping address. If it's invalid, I will contact you immediately to get it fixed. Be aware that once your package has been shipped, it is out of my control on how shipping carriers handle it. If you input the wrong address and its not resolved BEFORE shipping, there's a huge possibility you wont be able to receive your package which will have to result in a refund case from your end.Shipping dates
• I ship out orders on Mondays and Thursdays around 1 pm CT. If I'm having to delay shipment, I will contact you ASAP.OrdersSizing details
• The length of all my bracelets can be personalized! If you don't already see your size, you can always include you wrist size (in inches) in the personalized description. Kandi bracelets are on the bulky side, so I always reccomend rounding up to the nearest inch. Currently, I'm not making bracelets above 8.5 inches due to pricing restrictions.Processing time
• Kandi bracelets take 1-3 days to process. Dedicates, such as keychains, can take up to 5. (Please note: Shipping time does not include processing time).Custom and personalized orders
• I make custom kandi! I have a listing just for that. I love communication, so please be thorough on the designs you want.Listing Photos & Kandi Designs
• I'm frequently updating my listing photos with improved designs, so regarding your kandi order, you may not get the identical bead pattern shown in the photo. You will receive the corresponding color pallet.
• Why do I do this? I want to give each order a personalized touch while using my full range of beads. As always, I'm open to my clients wants and needs, so you can state if you'd prefer the exact design in the personalized description!

oHow do I order?o
• When customizing, be as specific as you possibly can. You can choose words, colors (patterns as well), and bead types. Anything not specified will be chosen for you. If you've requested something I don't have or that is out of stock, I'll contact you right away to discuss your design further. If you have images that represent a certain theme, please send them my way! Visuals are best for capturing the vibe you're looking for.

• Please fill out the personalized description as thorough as possible. I will then contact you to further discuss your order!
The ProcessoStep 1o
• After we have discussed colors, themes, words and beads, I will begin creating a pallet. I will then send you an image of the pallet to confirm with you.oStep 2o
• Once we've confirmed and agreed on the chosen pallet, I will thread the beads! Before I tie, I will send one last picture for final confirmation.
